TIMELINE

Submission period for abstracts: 6 March - 15 April (23:59 CET), 2025. Late submissions are accepted until April 22. Proposals that were submitted in time will be given priority in case there is not enough space in the programme.
Reviewing period for abstracts: 15 April - 15 May, 2025

Notification of acceptance: 1 June, 2025
 

ACCEPTED PROPOSALS

Each accepted proposal for a presentation session or workshop may send up to two presenters. We encourage that students are invited as a second speaker.

Each accepted poster presentation and idea development presentation may send one speaker.
